Everything you need to know to set up EximBuyers CRM.

1. How to Install the CRM Plugin

Follow these steps to install the CRM on your own WordPress site:

  1. Go to your EximAuto My Dashboard and copy your License Key.
  2. Download the CRM plugin zip file from the dashboard.
  3. Log into your WordPress site and go to Plugins > Add New.
  4. Click Upload Plugin and select the downloaded zip file.
  5. Click Install Now and then Activate.

2. How to Activate Your License

After activating the plugin, your CRM modules will be locked until you verify your license.

  1. In your WordPress admin menu, click on Exim CRM > License Activation.
  2. Paste your unique License Key into the box.
  3. Click Verify & Save License.
  4. If your key is valid, the screen will turn green and all features belonging to your plan will instantly unlock in the left menu.

3. Setting up the AI WhatsApp Bot

To connect the CRM to WhatsApp, you need the AutoResponder app for Android.

  1. Install AutoResponder for WhatsApp from the Google Play Store.
  2. Set the incoming message pattern to All (or specific keywords).
  3. In the reply section, select Connect to Web Server.
  4. Enter your Webhook URL: https://yourwebsite.com/wp-json/eximai/v1/whatsapp.
  5. Make sure to send the exact JSON payload specified in the CRM instructions.
